On the fourth attempt, a young man answered but immediately put me on hold. But the phone rang and rang with no response. When I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel to find out the shuttle schedule. The last time the manager promised to do better and asked me to come back and give them another try. One of these people should have been helping in the restaurant.This was the second bad experience in a row. After dinner I when over to the bar it was small and the service was quick as it should have been because they had 3 people working. The food was fine I had a hamburger and fries but nothing special. You would only see this person about every 10 min. Every time the server came into the restaurant from the back hands would go up for the check or a drink or whatever they needed. I placed my food and drink order together and the food came out before my drink was delivered from the bar which is next door. Several people came in to the restaurant and left because there was no one at the desk to seat them. Only 1 person working in the restaurant and he was the host, waiter and server. Temp was not bad in the morning it was 65 deg. Solution was to not turn the bathroom fan on and turn the heat off while I slept. The heat would hum and make a noise when it turned off making it difficult to sleep. I was in room 270 and the bathroom fan squealed and sounded like it would catch fire if it ran for any length of time. First let me say I did not report the issues I just dealt with them.
